‘A large intimate space over the Manhattan skyline’ is probably the best way to describe the concept behind the Master Bedroom of 5th Avenue Tower. With panoramic views towards the city’s landscape and its landmarks, this intimate area offers a modern lifestyle, creating a harmonious and aesthetic atmosphere highlighted by the luxury, the elegance and the subtlety of its design.
Due to the distribution of its elements, a visual composition is created, characterized by the dominant use of warm tones in addition to subtle textures, capable of producing different feelings through a story that can be appreciated from different angles.

The new sports complex Plaine des Marches is located at the intersection of the Route des Marches and the existing access to the communal pool. Developed by Page Architectes, the proposal connects the site and its surroundings, maintaining its permeability through the sports and leisure areas lying north, the access and parking to the south or the public square considered as an extension of the entrance hall on the west side of the complex.

Located in the Etterbeek commune in Brussels, Grande Haie is a new residential project situated at Rue de la Grande Haie with a constructed area of 1700m².
The building combines the integration of modular elements either recessed or projected over the street with the horizontal rhythm defined by the brick material used in the main facade, offering 15 dwellings ranging from studios to three-bedroom residences.
