Located in the heart of Jackson Square, one of the most coveted and historic neighborhoods in downtown San Francisco, 288 Pacific is a new 33-unit residential development, elegantly composed by modern brick and steel facades with oversized windows framed by bronze-toned mullions, which provide abundant natural light in all residences.

Influenced by the Art Deco, the lobby is a blend between heritage and sophistication trough richly upholstered seating areas, marble stone flooring and painted paneling, framed mirrors and smoked glass or decorative screens and an ebony-detailed concierge desk.
The building also includes three penthouses, each one with private rooftop terraces, offering iconic views over the downtown and the San Francisco Bay.

Some time ago, we had the opportunity to collaborate on Rosny-sous-Bois competition proposal by MFR Architectes for the C3 batch of ZAC Coteaux Beauclair urban project.
The building, located at the corner of Rue de Lisbonne, combines the construction of 123 apartments, a nursery, an exterior playground with a commercial area in the street level while enhancing the relationship between the topography of the site, the surrounding buildings and the requirements of each program.

Lumicene has been highlighted by RebusFarm in their monthly print ad featuring the back cover of the latest 3D Artist (issue 127, February 2019) and 3D World (issue 243, February 2019) magazines.

We are very pleased with this mention and the opportunity to be featured once again in two of the most important magazines in the CGI industry.
