These images developed by Oxygen represent essentially a strategy: a way to present a new company, a brand, a concept, an identity but, above all, reflect a different and unique approach of thinking and exploring interior design. This is 'Meta Dimora'.
We worked closely with our partner in order to transmit visually their poetic and emotional vision towards creating ‘thoughtful interiors’.
Through hills and wonderful forests, the good weather invites to escape from the hustle of the daily life and enjoy the tranquility of the mountain surrounded by nature.
As a holiday home or a property for rent, Lumicene creates a unique living experience for all those who are looking for either to relax from a stressful day at work or to admire a beautiful landscape through the window.
Located at the corner of East 86th Street and Lexington Avenue, 147-151 East 86th Street is a 18-story mixed-use building developed by Ceruzzi Properties, Stillman Development International and Kuafu Properties and is expected to be completed by 2019.
The project designed by HOK Architects will offer 61 condominium units, ranging from two-to five-bedrooms along with four floors of commercial-retail space on the ground level. Amenities will include a fitness center, a children’s playroom, a resident’s lounge,
a concierge service and a landscaped roof deck.

Designed to offer a refreshing aesthetic and a distinctly modern layout, the Kitchen of
5th Avenue Tower provides high-end finishes through clean modern lines and warm neutral colors. The custom dark oak cabinetry and millwork along with the carrara marble countertops reinforces the luxury character of each residence filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing residents to take full advantage of the building’s panoramic views.
